"Start now. Start where you are. Start with fear. Start with pain. Start with doubt. Start with hands shaking. Start with voice trembling but start. Start and don’t stop. Start where you are, with what you have. Just … start."

silversarcasm:

if you had to drop out of a class you are not a failure

if you had to take time off school you are not a failure

if you had to leave school for good you are not a failure

your worth is not determined by academia and this goes doubly so for disabled people and others for whom school is set against them

One thing has pissed me off for years.

This whole what does it take to burn off this milkshake, or this slice of pizza, and all this other bull.

you are not trying to burn off every single calorie you ever let in your mouth.

That’s right - your body needs calories to fulfill it’s daily functions. How is your body going to fucking take care of itself when you’re worried about the 120 minutes of straight aerobics you have to do to burn off that Cobb salad.

According to Japanese Scientific Research, full ripe banana with dark patches on yellow skin produces a substance called TNF (Tumor Necrosis Factor) which has the ability to combat abnormal cells. The more darker patches it has the higher will be its immunity enhancement quality; Hence, the riper the banana the better the anti-cancer quality. Yellow skin banana with dark spots on it is 8x more effective in enhancing the property of white blood cells than green skin version.
It is a fact that nutrient content of fruits change slightly as they ripen. As a banana ripens and turns yellow, its levels of antioxidants increases. These antioxidants in ripe bananas protect your body against cancer and heart diseases. When banana is ripe with dark spots on skin, the starch content changes to simple sugars that are easier to digest and that raise your blood glucose levels. Make sure you are eating them in the final stage of this picture - sweet, spotty and RIPE.
